I think it would mean "en rotation de l'équipage" i.e. one crew replacing another crew, or possibly here flying (as passengers? or as replacement for the previous crew) from Montego Bay to Germany.

The SOP on long flights if for one crew (pilots+stewards) to fly outbound, stay to rest at destination, and later fly inbound.
