Hallo,

in dem Rechtsstreit, dessen Unterlagen ich übersetze, geht es darum, dass die Äste der Bäume des Nachbargrundstücks überhängen und das Haus der Kläger berühren. Der angegebene Begriff ist mir nicht ganz klar. Danke im Voraus!

Je constate, sur l’appentis, que des branches sont posées sur la toiture des époux Y et sont de hautes tiges.
