Es geht um eine Analyse der Risiken eines Verbandes X, der zusammen mit Trägerorganisationen Berufsprüfungen durchführt:

Le risque opérationnel (pour X) a trait à l'éventuelle mauvaise exécution des termes des mandats confiés dans le cadre des associations faîtieres. Une telle éventualité pourrait entraîner par la suite le rique juridique [...], le risque fiscal et le risque de réputation.

Ich verstehe nicht ganz, was mit "dans le cadre des associations faîtieres" gemeint ist.
... schlechte Erfüllung der Bestimmungen der Mandate, die durch die Trägerorganisationen vergeben werden?
"... die im Rahmen der Trägerorganisationen vergeben werden" wäre zwar wörtlich übersetzt, finde ich aber nicht sehr sinnvoll. Wie seht ihr das?

Damit sind Sie in dem Sinn des frz.

Der andere Vorschlag ist zwar auch gut und im Sinne des Erstens, Sie haben aber Recht, das ist zu wörtlich übersetzt...

Ich würde es noch kürzer schreiben:
... die eventuell mangelhafte Erfüllung der Mandate (Aufträge), die den Trägerorganisationen erteilt wurden.
Natürlich nur, wenn es tatsächlich der Verband ist, der den Trägerorganisationen das Mandat erteilt. "Dans le cadre de" ist hier wirklich sehr vage, im Zweifelsfall würde ich nachfragen! Hoffe, das hilft noch.
