es hört sich komisch an, vielleicht ist im Französischen auch ein fehler, aber nach meinem Gefühl müsste es im Deutschen heißen: "nachstehend zusammengefasst als "allgemeine Verkaufsbedingungen" - also der satz vorher ist die erklärung, was unter den "allgemeinen verkaufsbedingungen" zu verstehen ist
