Grundbucheintrag? Explanation: Etat hors formalité : Renseignements fournis par le Bureau des Hypothèques afin de vérifier préalablement à la signature d'un acte la propriété d'un bien et si celui-ci est, ou non, grevé d'hypothèques. par opposition à: Etat sur formalité : Renseignements sur la situation hypothécaire demandée après la signature de l'acte lors de son dépôt au Bureau des Hypothèques et permettant de contrôler la situation en fonction de laquelle l'acte a été signé. J'ai l'impression (pour cause d'ignorance !) que cette nuance n'existe pas en Allemagne, si l'immeuble est grevé, l'hypothèque est mentionnée dans le "Grundbucheintrag", mais je ne crois pas qu'il y ait une désignation spéciale pour avant/après la signature... HTH et que les collègues "juridiques" rectifieront... |
