Quelles formalités vis-à-vis de l'acheteur et de l'administration dois-je accomplir ?

Papiers à remettre à l'acheteur de votre voiture :
un certificat de situation administrative (non-gage et non opposition du fait d'amende) valable 1 mois,
la carte grise barrée et signée portant la mention "vendue le .... (date de la transaction)",
le certificat de cession dûment rempli et portant la même signature que la carte grise barrée,
si la voiture a plus de 4 ans, le certificat de contrôle technique de moins de 6 mois et le rapport du centre de contrôle (le macaron de passage au contrôle doit être collé sur le pare-brise).
