Es handelt sich um ein Bulletin de Contrôle aus Frankreich. Ein LKW-Fahrer musste eine Strafe zahlen wegen Überschreitung der Fahrtzeit und wegen Nichteinhaltung von Pausen. So verstehe ich das zumindest.
