"Et des cépages, il y en a 8, auxquels on adjoint un classement hiérarchique. Certains sont nobles : riesling, muscat, gewurztraminer, pinot gris, d’autres sont mi-fins : pinot blanc et noir…puis les autres : sylvaner, chasselas, ils sont jugés plus basiques."
