So, ich hab's: Bin zwar etwas spät dran aber immerhin. Hier handelt es sich endeutig um einen Schreibfehler. Reinette (oder auch Renette)ist eine Apfelsorte, während rainette (verte) der Laubfrosch ist. Deshalb gehen hier die Meinungen so auseinander, aber jeder hat irgendwie Recht.
