so di avere già posto questa domanda ma in questo contesto mi trovo in difficoltà perché si trova accanto a commerce e non capisco qual è la differenza tra i due termini.
la société a pour objet:
la préparation, la vente en gros et détail, l'importation et l'exportation, le négoce ou le commerce de boissons.

agree  Leonarda Coviello: non è necessario tradurre con scambio, perchè "negozio" è un termine del diritto commerciale, tra le altre cose.
