la société x, société par action au capital.... dont le siège social est..., représentée par son Président, la société y société par action, au capital.. elle meme représentée par M. H, son président.
Altra parte del testo: M.H est président de la société y elle meme Président de la société x
dubbio: grammaticalmente sembra che il presidente di una società sia l'altra società ( si tratta di società dello stesso gruppo una controllata dell'altra). il mio dubbio è che non ho mai incontrato un caso del genere....

A meno che M.H. non sia una Madame e quindi "elle" va riferito alla signora. Comunque accade che una società presieda un'altra e come hai giustamente intuito tu, essa controlla una o più altre aziende. Si tratta probabilmente della società a capo di una holding.

A meno che M.H. non sia una Madame e quindi "elle" va riferito alla signora. Comunque accade che una società presieda un'altra e come hai giustamente intuito tu, essa controlla una o più altre aziende. Si tratta probabilmente della società a capo di una holding.
