Cari colleghi, tra le cose che si possono 'ritagliare' con una fustella appare anche questo...ma si tratta della focaccia genovese o di un tipo di biscotto?? Con una fustella di solito si fanno biscotti, no? Però subito dopo appaiono anche "biscuit de Gène, tranches de pain ou de brioche toastées", etc.
Chiedo conferma su FOCACCIA GENOVESE.
