Explanation:
Un PEA/PLAN D'EPARGNE EN ACTIONS corrisponde ad un tipo di investimento in azioni (francesi per la maggiorparte) che da diritto ad agevolazioni fiscali molto particolari. Non può essere tradotto secondo me perché non esiste l'esatta corrispondenza nella fiscalità italiana ma solo spiegato con una nota del tipo "piano di investimento che consente agevolazioni fiscali per il contribuente francese" o qualcosa del genere.
Idem, "éligible" non può essere reso con "eleggibile", significa che un certo titolo o fondo è amesso a rientrare in un PEA perché possiede i requisiti che sono stati codificati dal Ministero delle finanze francese
