Certamente il fatto di fornire un contesto più completo non guasterebbe, così come chiarire il fatto se il primo *sur* sia veramente preposizione (cioè sia scritto senza accento) oppure no...

Beh, diciamo che la questione dell'accento (sûr vs. sur) è fondamentale: in questo caso la traduzione (quasi) corretta risulta essere quella di Paola visto che *sûr* è da considerarsi unito a *bien* (sicuramente, certamente).
