Potresti quindi tradurre con "La società interviene ai presenti atti nella persona del Sig. YYY avente piena autorità in merito"

Voir EuroDicAutom pour "agir par l'entremise d'un employé" = essere rappresentato da un loro dipendente.
Je pense que "aux présentes" signifie "ici", d'où le maintien de la proposition faite précédemment. Sinon, que viendrait faire ce féminin pluriel ici?
Si tu n'es pas convaincue, je t'ai fait d'autres propositions.

La proposition de Paola pour la seconde partie me rappelle davantage des textes juridiques IT>FR : CON/AVENTE PIENA AUTORITA\' IN MERITO.
Cela me semble plus courant que ce que j\'ai trouvé dans Giuffrè, par exemple.
