E' una frase standard, io di solito metto così:

****rappresentata dall'amministratore pro-tempore ivi all'uopo domiciliato****

in quanto se intuisco la frase per intero l'indicazione della sede precede...

Forse è un pò tardi ma visto che ancora non hai chiuso... questa è un'altra alternativa (sembra pomposa.... ma proprio per questo molti avvocati la usano!)
