Le code de la route en France est constitué de la partie législative (art. L...) et de la partie réglementaire (art. R...)
En Italie c'est un peu différent il y a le "codice della strada" et le "regolamento di attuazione"
Comme ton texte se réfère à une infraction verbalisée en France tu dois faire référence à la loi française et il n'est pas nécessaire d'expliquer la signification de ce "R."
