punite ai sensi dell'art. R.411-418 comma 5 del Codice della Strada (francese) Explanation: je mettrai au féminin car je traduirais ici faits par "violazioni previste negli art. ..." "punite ai sensi dell'art. ..." Le code de la route en France est constitué de la partie législative (art. L...) et de la partie réglementaire (art. R...) En Italie c'est un peu différent il y a le "codice della strada" et le "regolamento di attuazione" Comme ton texte se réfère à une infraction verbalisée en France tu dois faire référence à la loi française et il n'est pas nécessaire d'expliquer la signification de ce "R." |
