Consentono non solo di tenere e distribuire i vassoi con i pasti, ma un modello in particolare permette anche di scaldare o raffreddare le vivande con un sistema particolare, che prevede un **BORNE**. Ecco la descrizione del cliente:
"BORNE : il s'agit d'une machine fixée au mur produisant de la chaleur et aussi du froid sur laquelle vient s'encliqueter le chariot pour se mettre en températures (chaudes et froides). Cette borne fixe permet un allègement significatif du chariot puisque les moteurs de production de chaud et/ou de froid ne sont plus embarqués sur le chariot mais restent dans la BORNE fixée au mur soit dans un couloir soit dans une pièce type intendance".
