neutral  enrico paoletti: "avere il pancione" è colloquiale. "Essere incinta" non credo. Quindi "être enceinte" non è colloquiale e "essere incinta" sì.

  -> sì, abbastanza colloquiale. Lo vedo bene detto dal medico, ma scritto sinceramente no. Stato interessante o gia' concepiti per lo scritto ufficiale // sì forse è sfumatura diversa tra francese e italiano? io sono italiana.
