Buongiorno, non riesco a trovare la traduzione esatta di questi due termini, in alcuni vocabolari danni per plaisancier velista (ma so che non sono solo velisti i plaisanciers) o navigatori da diporto.
Ma per port de plaisance non trovo nulla.

porto turistico - diportisti


Explanation:
Port de plaisance corrisponde letteralmente a "porto da diporto" ma siccome suona male si usa porto turistico. In tutti gli altri casi il termine "diporto" e le sue derivazioni viene mantenuto

Anche se hai chiuso la query velocemente ribadisco che il termine usato in italiano è PORTO TURISTICO o "marina" (come stavo per aggiungere)... se ti va approfondisci da te.... in pochi minuti non c'è neppure il tempo di inserire riferimenti... metto giusto le prime cose che trovo:
