Ce qui est possible depuis longtemps avec les lampes incandescentes et halogenes l'est également aujourd'hui, et avec plus de fonctionnalités, avec les tubes fluorescentes et d'autres lampes à décharge.

Ciò/quanto è possibile, da lunga data, con le lampade ad incandescenza ed alogene, è ugualmente possibile oggi ed in modo più funzionale, con i tubi fluorescenti e con altre lampade a scarica.
non mi piace tanto il modo in cui ho reso la frase, avete dei consigli?

direi che la tua frase va benissimo, io ho cambiato solo il "da lunga data" e "ugualmente".
