In un dépliant turistico, si parla di vari laboratori artigiani e dell'uso della lava smaltata. Dalle immagini ho visto di cosa si tratta, ma come si chiamano in italiano? "Cippi angolari"? Grazie in anticipo per qualsiasi suggerimento

visto che non esistono bisogna inventarsi un nome pero angolare non va bene secondo me: "d'angle" significa qui che erano poste all'incrocio, nel angolo formato da 2 strade, non si riferisce alla loro forma quadrata.

Explanation:
Si tratta di un termine culturalmente connotato in Francia ed inesistente nella cultura italiana. L'unica cosa paragonabile sono le pietre miliari di epoca romana che forniscono tutt'oggi la stessa tipologia di indicazioni. Nella traduzione io spiegherei che non si tratta esattamente delle pietre miliari italiane ma che la funzione è pressoché identica. Sulla posizione delle bornes d'angle, non direi si trovino necessariamente agli incroci, ma proprio ai bordi delle strade. Si veda il secondo link.
