El contexto sería el siguiente:
Je soussigné (...), ayant examiné xxxx, demeurant, déclare que xxx

Sé que en principio demeurant es "con residencia, domicilio en", pero al no haber aquí ninguna dirección, me pregunto si, en este caso, en realidad no quiere simplemente decir "aquí presente"

¿Qué opinais? ¿Se trata de una fórmula o simplemente de que se le ha olvidado poner la dirección de domicilio?

Es la fórmula que se suele emplear cuando no se quiere dar a conocer la dirección donde reside determinada persona. Normalmente se pone a continuación la localidad pero no obligatoriamente.
