Explanation:
Es lo que veo en muchos documentos jurídicos y es así como lo escribo en francés:

"premièrement" (1ent) = PRIMERO
"deuxièmement" (2ent) = SEGUNDO

No he visto nunca "primeramente".

De hecho, en los textos jurídicos, la correspondencia en español no siempre es 1ent = 1.º sino 1ent = PRIMERO, y creo que en francés no se suele escribir estos adverbios sin abreviarlos.
