ja bi stavio "podaci o osobi" (ili okvir/traka s podacima o dotičnom)

jer traka ili okvir s podacima o osobi mi zvuči predugo; a stručni nazivi preko engl. chyron ili captions mi ne izgledaju dostupni;
a nešto s imenom i prezimenom nema smisla jer u igri su i godine i funkcija i koješta (to su sve podaci o dotičnoj osobi)
