Da Winterpflaume er en likør og "vinterblomme" en forårsblomst (erantis), ville jeg vælge en beskrivende oversættelse. Hvis sammenhængen tillader det, kan man måske skrive 'blommelikør med vinterkrydderier' eller 'blommelikør med julekrydderier'.

Hvis det er en smagsretning, kunne man skrive 'Blomme, med vinterkrydderier' eller 'Blomme, med julekrydderier'. Jeg ville foretrække 'julekrydderier', det lyder mere hyggeligt.
