roll control Explanation: The normal function of a joystick is forwards and back for pitch control and sideways for roll control. As I understand your paragraph... It sounds like the "active GPS" is a form of autopilot. Joystick movements below 50% form an input to the active GPS controller and cause a change of course. Above 50% the joystick functions normally. Thus, it would give very fine control for normal operation and allow control override when required. |
