English translation: ...reach beyond its physical borders (edges) (here)

English translation:...reach beyond its physical borders (edges) (here)
Explanation:
maybe also: ...beyond its physical/dimensional limits

a volume's design can consistently exceed its physical borders

This (also) allows/permits a design (technique) that consistently reaches beyond a volume's physical borders/limits.

a continued/consistent reach beyond a volume's physical borders is possible

a volume can be designed to continuously/consistently reach beyond its physical borders/edges

a design technique is possible that consistently reaches beyond a volume's physical borders

a volume (space) can (be made/designed to) continuously reach/go beyond its (physical) borders (edges)

or: a volume can consistently exceed its physical borders

agree  Stephen Reader: Agree except perhaps 'extend' rather than 'reach', not sure why.

-> "extend" seems to fit well here. Thank you, Stephen
