Explanation:
feeling quite subdued by a vast majority (75%) for 'narrator', may I venture an alternative.
My feeling is that a narrator accompanies a feature film, a fiction film, a TV narrative, a touristic presentation but when talking about a computer program I feel the more neutral 'speaker' is more appropriate
