"Mithilfe der prozessübergreifenden Gremiendarstellung wird langfristig ein Zustand erreicht, bei dem Mitarbeiter nicht länger in Terminen versinken. Eine gute Steuerung und Vorbereitung der Termine lässt uns ergebnisorientierter arbeiten."

It doesn't come across well to write in English that more committee work will somehow free employees from the pressure of deadlines ... I'm actually not sure what "Gremiendarstellung" means here!

Your "cross-process committee organization" was most helpful. I liked some of the wording by Michael Martin, but not his "share data across processes" for the key term. It is certainly possible that Chris Pr's "recommendation" is correct, but I feel that "organization" covers that possibility adequately. Here's how I ended up translating this: "Cross-process committee organization will, in the long run, achieve a situation in which employees are no longer bogged down in countless meetings." Yes, I realize that "countless meetings" is a stretch!
