German term or phrase: Retrozession
A bank pays an asset management company Retrozessionen on customer assets transferred to the bank. It is paid as a % on brokerage, management, administration.
By the way, the text is in Swiss German.
It sounds like a commission but I wondered if there was a more specific term.
