DSC termination attempt
I think 'Abbruchversuch' refers to cancelling a running DSC-test from the keyboard. My partner, who uses this type of equipment regularly, confirms this.
So, the word 'Versuch' refers not to the test itself, but the action of terminating/aborting it.
