I welcome any further (printable) suggestions, wherever you like to offer them (so long as that's printable too). I think it is too late to de-allocate the points, and there is probably a rule against posting the same question again.

As to whether I clicked on the wrong box, I think it's the first time I've posted a note to an answerer, and next time I do it I'll carefully observe the procedure to determine whether I got it wrong this time.

Once again, I apologize to anyone who feels cheated.

I have no idea how this happened. I intended to post a note on this answer pointing out why it was most improbable. I apologize to anyone who may have further suggestions. I would be very grateful to hear them.

I would blame myself, but after receiving the same email six times (about the same comment on one of my answers), I at least suspect a system cockup.
