German term or phrase: Chancen- und Risikomanagement
Im weiteren Sinne geht es um "Securities", Finanzinstitute haben eben die Chance Geld zu gewinnen, wenn die Aktien steigen oder im umgekehrten Fall das Risiko, Geld zu verlieren...

Der Satz lautet:

Weitere Meldevorschriften, die nicht dem Chancen- und Risikomanagement der Finanzinstitute zuzuschreiben sind, werden dabei häufig „vergessen".

Preliminary translation:

Additional reporting regulations going beyond the management of minor and major risks of financial institutes are often neglected in this.

I am not happy with "minor" risk because a minor risk does not really correspond to German "Chance"...

agree  Kcda: I would prefer Opp. and Ris. Mng. not the other way around. The word order does not change the meaning but somehow "looks" better.

neutral  Armorel Young: I've got a feeling the asker could have thought of this himself - at the very least you need to justify your suggestion and explain why you put it forward even though German "Chance" is by no means equivalent to English "chance"
