Tech/Engineering - Engineering: Industrial
German term or phrase: Anströmeinrichtung / Anströmeinheit
Context: technical bits of an otherwise perfectly lovely job translating a website and publicity materials. The business is process engineering and the focus here is on fluid dynamics and granulation processes. Anströmeinrichtung and Anströmeinheit crop up a couple of times, e.g.:

Optimierung von Anströmeinrichtungen für Fließbettanlagen

Does anyone know the correct English term?

Thank you very much - I thought there might be a more technical term but this seems to be what is used: http://www.armfield.co.uk/ft31_datasheet.html

agree  Oliver Walter: That makes sense, as Fließbettanlagen are fluidised-bed equipment and something has to provide the air flow through the bed.
