Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Job Titles
German term or phrase: BW Analyse/MA BW Analyse
These are job titles and appear below each other on an "Organigramm" for a bank (GmbH).

The person with the position "BW Analyse" is also an "Abteilungsleiter": it actually reads "Abteilungsleiter / BW Analyse Hamburg - Herr XXX".

The second title reads: "MA BW Analyse - Herr YYY".

The titles in the row above the ones I'm asking are "Assistenz Geschäftsleitung" and "Leiter Teilbetrieb".

The other titles in the same row as "Abteilungsleiter / BW Analyse" are "Abteilungsleiter Hamburg", "Assitenz Hamburg", "Abteilungsleiter Köln" and "Assistenz Köln".

The titles in the same row as "MA BW Analyse" are "Kreditmanager/Hamburg", "Kreditmanager/Köln" and "Kreditmanager/Außenstelle".

I know what an "Abteilungsleiter" is; I also know what an "Analyse" is - thank you. ;-)

But at first, I thought "BW Analyse" meant "Betriebswirtschaftliche Analyse" = "business analysis", but then I got thrown off by "MA BW Analyse" in the next row (and by what I found in Google).

So, pretty much what I'm looking for the meaning and translation of "BW" and "MA BW".

I'd appreciate any help I could get on this one. :-)

Explanation:
I think your BWA = business analysis is right.
One person is the head of department (Abteilungsleiter)
The other is just a member of staff (MA = Mitarbeiter)
