neutral  philgoddard: But how does "Positionsbezeichnung" become "form"? I also agree that your first answer is ambiguous.

  -> Positionsbezeichnung means "item", not "form". But I left that word out since you don't really need it in English, IMO.
neutral  RobinB: Positionsbezeichung = caption, line item designation. And I think you *do* need it. If you change that you can get an Agree!
