Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Domestic judicial enforcement order issued to expat debtor
German term or phrase: 6,00 € hochgerechnete SZ von 100 € ab

I am translating a domestic judicial enforcement order issued to an overseas-based expat debtor. He has failed to pay the utilities, local rates, refuse fees, wastewater charges and such like for the property that he owns, domestically, in his federal state of origin of NRW, and is a lot in arrears with payment.

Nach § 10 Abs. 1 Ziff. 4 ZVG aus folgenden Sicherungshypotheken:
LNrE 4
LNrG 4
Betrag Restbetrag von 113,13 € plus ***6,00 € hochgerechnete SZ von 100 € ab*** dem 15.11.2017
119.13 €

Does this mean
Pursuant to Sec. 10(1)(4) Act Governing Auctions and Sequestrations of Immovables (ZVG), the following amounts are overdue under the respective collateral mortgages:
Serial No. of Entry 4
Serial No. of Property 4
Amount A residual amount of € 113.13 ****plus € 6.00 in extrapolated Special Drawing Rights based on € 100 each accrued
as from*** 15/11/2017 remains.
€ 119.13

Any feedback is welcome. I am not even sure whether the amounts are due from the mortgages (i.e are interest and/or instalments overdue), which is what "aus" means in 98.5 % of cases, or whether they are just due in regard to them (i.e are different amounts overdue). Since the latter is the safer bet when certifying the translation, compare my take, copied in here.

UK English would be preferred but this is not a key point at all.
