The text is a checklist for employees of a financial institution who are being trained in how to prevent money laundering. There are numerous questions asked and space in a table to write the answers. There are four areas to write an answer "yes", "no", "n/a" or "Bemerkungen/Referenz AP". Anyone got a clue what AP stands for?
