business acumen / entrepreneurial thinking

Two options that might look very different but seem to fit in this case, absent further context.

agree Ken Cox : I especially like 'business acumen', but IMO it only implicitly addresses 'Handeln'

economical thinking and dealing

if you have more context I may well try to improve this
Peer comment(s):

neutral Steffen Walter : I wouldn't use "economicAL" since this can also mean "sparsam", which I wouldn't want to write in a job spec.

entrepreneurial thinking and action

On option; there are probably posher versions

The list reads like the catetories of a personality/competence profile or assessment. If they are listed in a job description, one would expect to see some explanation or qualification

businesslike attitude and working style

I also think business-minded and entrepreneurial would fit; business acumen seems a bit vague in this kind of list

a business-like approach

is another alternative. If you think "approach" can take care of both Denken and Handeln efficiently, not a bad option
Peer comment(s):

agree Stephen Gobin : This is what I go for when I get this phrase in CVs or supporting statements. Sometimes extended to " a business-like approach to work"
