The paragraph reads:

Selbstbehalt
Leistet die gesetzliche Krankenversicherung Kostenersatz (**Voreinreichung**), so werden 100% der Kosten abzüglich der Vergütung durch die gesetzliche Krankenversicherung ersetzt.
Erfolgt keine **Voreinreichung** bei der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung werden die Kosten zu 90% vergütet.
Die volle Leistung gebührt dem Versicherten auch dann, wenn vom Sozialversicherer keine Leistung erbracht wird.
