German term

Emittent

German to English Bus/Financial Investment / Securities terminology
..., wenn die emittierten Instrumente nicht auf die funktionale Währung des Eminenten lauten.

I know Latin, but the meaning cannot be confirmed very easily. Is it the Emittent (issuer)or the person to whom the instrument is issued?

Emittent

IMHO it must be a spelling mistake. Only emittent would make sense in that context. Regards.
