"Wenn durch Auswertungen von personenbezogenen Daten oder auf Personen beziehbaren Daten eine Leistungs- und / oder Verhaltenskontrolle von Mitarbeitern ermöglicht werden kann, unterliegt dies der Mitbestimmung des Betriebsrates. Der Betriebsrat und der zuständige ***BB DIS bzw. VB DIS*** sind mittels Meldeformular zu informieren."

I'm posting this as a single question because first of all the Kudos search would never allow someone to search for a two-letter term like BB or VB. But also these seem to be closely related abbreviations.
