Does any one know what the abbreviation "LE" stands for?

Arbeitsanweisung Handel LE
Arbeitsanweisung Risikomanagement LE

These documents are from the RWA Group and are work instructions concerning trade, risk management, etc. and pertain to contracts and contracting for buying and selling agricultural commodities. I know that the abbreviation LE has come up here before, but it was in an engineering context. I have to turn this in tomorrow so thanks in advance for any suggestions. Leistungsempfaenger is the best guess that I can come up with as to what this might stand for.

Explanation:
RWA is an Austrian firm, Leoben is a rural Austrian town where RWA seems to be active.

LE is the official abbreviation for Leoben.

I assume the instruction is connected to a training of some kind in Leoben.

Thanks, it seems logical that a work instruction could be for a specific site.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you Ronald. It doesn't pertain to a training, but could easily pertain to a specific site. I'll probably just leave it as is.

neutral  philgoddard: Maybe. It looks like they have a warehouse there, and LE is the car registration code for Leoben.
