"Gruende
I. Antrag auf Aufhebung der bisher erlassenen einstweiligen Anordnungen
I'm really looking more for the precise word in this and the next few questions.
Any explanation appreciated.
Thanks.

preliminary orders
This is term is very often used instead of temporary orders. It means of course orders that are issued preliminary to other actions that are pending. Once the pending action is taken, the orders are either rescinded or made permanent.
These can also be called interlocutory orders, interlocutory meaning not final, provisional or temporary.
