Bus/Financial - Law (general) / Baffling Abbreviation
German term or phrase: BAnz.
"bei der Zusammenstellung der Unterlagen die Vorbemerkungen und der Anhang 8 der Erläuterungen zum Antrag auf Zulassung eines Arzneimittels beim Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte - 3. Auflage – Stand: 31. Oktober 1996 (BAnz. Beilage 44a vom 05. März 1997) sinngemäß berücksichtigt,"

This is the first requirement of what someone applying for extension of a drug authorisation or licence should do to ensure BfArm processes the documents and data associated with technical reports he or she submits. The "berücksichtigt" relates back to a "sollen" that starts a string of several points like this one.

Anyway idea what "BAnz." stands for? The only reference on the Net to it is here:

http://www.bfarm.de/de/Arzneimittel/zul/2001-02-09-BZQ-12.pd...

And that doesn't enlighten me about what BAnz. means. TIA for any light you can shed on it.
