Legal disclaimer on a Web site. I can't find "Haftungshinweis" anywhere, which rather surprises me. Is it a Swiss term? (The site is Swiss.) Does it just mean "Legal Disclaimer" here, or is it more literally "Notice of Liability"? TIA for your help.

Notice regarding Liability/Limitation

Normally, in Germany it would be "Haftungsausschluß", but the Swiss just love doing things their own way.
