German to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright
German term or phrase: Streitwertbeschwerde
Dear all,

I would love to hear your suggestions on translations for "Streitwertbeschwerde"

The context is German Patent Law, of a Regional Court ("Landgericht"). It is the title of an appeal against the amount in dispute (This is perhaps already an option).

Looking forward to hearing from you!

claim amount challenge

Maybe this will work...

"Any Plan that does not request exclusion from the Class may challenge its calculated Adjusted Claim Amount set forth on the Claim Amount Table by submitting evidence (such as account statements provided to it by Merrill Lynch) in support of its assertion that its Adjusted Claim Amount was incorrectly calculated (“Claim Amount Challenge”)."
