license agreement Explanation: Yes that would be one possibility. Langenscheidt gives among definitions for Berechtigung: right (to do something), authorization, eligibility, power, title (to), qualification, or warrant. So anything of this sort that a person was acquiring a right to by the Vertrag = contract might be covered, that would fit these definitions. Usage would certainly be one kind of agreement of rights, but not the only one. |
