German term or phrase: Grafen

I've never had to come onto the German to English forum but I have a Swedish document with some English in it.

I'm trying to figure out the exact meaning of the word "Grafen" in sentences like

GRAFEN OVERCOME BOUNDARIES mod, målfokuserad, viljestyrka, banbrytande anda

I know that Grafen is connected to the German word "Grafensätze" which I think means "principles".

I'd like to know what "Grafen" is exactly?

Is it German too?

It may be a Swedified word as "en" at the end of a Swedish word can be either the definitive article (singular) or a definitive plural.

So first I need to check with the German group if "Grafen" means anything to them
